So I'm back! I've started actually putting forth effort on my work, and in the past few days I've posted quite a few new pieces.

However, I don't think this productivity stint will last long. I'm back in school on Monday *tear* so I'm going to be waist-deep in studying. and napping.

For anyone that's interested, I've co-created an MST group on LJ along with two other DA/LJers. We make fun of horrible Harry Potter fanfiction, in the same style that the show Mystery Science Theater 3000 did. So far we only have 2 MSTs up, but we hope to have more soon.

Also, if you look at my recent deviations, you can see the style that I've taken to. I take pictures, spraybrush over them, and viola! Purtyness. It would be great if fellow DAers out there could send me VERY large photographs to use as bases. By very large I mean that they are usually 2300x1700 type deals. and thats without enlarging them and making them all pixelly. (Yeah, I know its rare to find photos that huge. many digital cameras take much smaller pictures).

I've decided I really like that "style" even though, as my friend pointed out, I'm just taking a picture and coloring over it with colors already in the picture. It still takes forever, so I'm calling it a Deviation.
